OUR VISION
"Where we are going"
"Where there is no vision, the people perish…"
Proverbs 29:18a
A unified body of men, women and children that are equipped, encouraged and involved in advancing the kingdom of Christ and combating the various problems confronting our community.
A network of small teams: These teams will be made up of members that share common interests and/or demographics (for example, age, sex, students, residence, gifts/talents, etc.). Their main purpose will be to carry out various functions such as winning, developing and maintaining relationships, helping with spiritual growth and biblical understanding, encouraging and supporting personal goals, and developing discipline and focus in its members.
A discovery and design adventure: The two main functions of this ministry are to study the forces that are shaping people (especially Black males) into what they are and then develop workable plans to reach, win, and draw them into our church family and family life.
A frontier adventure that establishes and maintains centers in various parts of our local community. These centers will be for the purpose of getting closer to our target, helping to meet their felt needs, and helping to develop them towards reaching their potential.
An outreach adventure that help other churches and communities develop and implement strategies that targets specific groups.
A training center for ministers: A practical ministry that nurture leaders and potential leaders for the purpose of benefiting existing churches and planting and growing new ones.
An adventure that is involved with recruiting, training, and placing missionaries in needed areas such as housing projects, prison, and street ministries.
A church school that examines subjects that are relevant to members and emphasizes the biblical basis for managing them.
A K-12th academic school
